Well my homework this week was to make a homemade pan sauce. I thought I would fry a beef steak and then do my pan sauce. Not sure what I did but it ended up turning this funny yellow color. I will make another attempt over the weekend, but for now I am trying to figure out what went wrong. Any suggestions?
